The main focus of this article was a laboratory test using a simulated exercise load on a human test subject monitoring the temperature and moisture in the limiting layer of clothing under defined climatic conditions. The measured data of temperature andhumidity were transferred to the thermal comfort using heat index WBGT. These tests are useful for predicting textile "performance" at long-term load.
