Lighting of spaces is governed by purpose which is destined for. From this perspective, the light is divided into two groups. That, which serves to work and light for rest. This means that the illumination system should be designed to fulfill conditionsfor achieving the maximum visual performance, which relates to the maximum operating power. Where one needs to relax, it is proposed lighting system in which the emphasis is on visual comfort. The goal of this work is to design a light which will meet the requirements for visual performance and visual comfort in terms of qualitative and quantitative changes in light of technical parameters.
