  • Original language description

Summer school of regenerative Nano-Medicine - From Advanced Delivery Systems to Electronic -Based Devices, 19-23 June 2016, Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel Poster and oral presentationAbstractThis study describes the production, testing and characterization of biodegradable cellular 3D scaffolds for tissue engineering, which are consisting of a mixture of microfibers produced by meltblown technology and nanofibers produced by electrospinning. All the fibrous materials are produced from polycaprolactone. The prepared materials showed the optimal porosity for the inner cell prolifaration and sompared to the a purely nanofibrous materials have good mechanical properties. Useful structural properties and homogenity of the material are described by electron microscopy and image analysis. Was characterized the biocompatibility and cells prolifaration bi in - vitro testing of the different ratio of microfibers and nanofibers on adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts in - vivo while maintaining good mechanical strength. Subsequent in - vivo testing on celected biological models confirmed a solid materials ability to create required tissue for bone regeneration or thymus organoid creating.
