Review: Instruments used for testing moisture permeability

Original language description

This article presents several methods of evaluating moisture transportation through textile materials. Some of the measurements are carried out at steady state however in actual time the clothing experiences unsteady state and there is simultaneous presence of moisture and temperature difference. Due to the consideration of initial specimen absorption as moisture permeability, permeability of moisture should be evaluated for longer period of time. There is need of some newly designed instrument which can evaluate moisture permeability under static and transient conditions.
