    Porous polycaprolactone fibers made by centrifugal spinning

  • Original language description

    Polycaprolactone fibers were succesfully prepared by needle-less centrifugal spinning technology. Fibers had porous and nonporous structure and were used for tissue scaffolds. Produced fibers were comparise in term of SEM pictures, specific surfaces and fiber diameters. The cell viability on tne porous and nonporous fibers was evaluated and cell proliferation was observed by fluorescence microscopy as well.
