Original language description

This paper presents a rheological model to evaluate mechanical properties of electric tape fences. The mechanical behaviour was studied by two main experimental tests: (a) quasi-static tests were performed to gain the full stress versus strain responses of the electric tape in tension and (b) dynamic tests and stress relaxation tests have been used to characterize electric tape fence viscoelasticity.
