    The random point process model is used for the description of sequences of failures. The problem consist in retrieval the similarities in observed failures histories and, consequently, certain grouping of examined objects. We utilize model based clusteriDecision is based on Bayes approach, which also leads to maximally aposteriori probable number of clusters, with the help of MCMC.
