The paper focuses on the education of people with disabilities in terms of their labor market success. At first, the paper describes the theoretical background of the research, and then follows with a presentation of our results. The aim of our research was to identify such common obstacles of the labor market integration of people with disabilities, which arise on the side of these people. In particular, the perception of low or almost no education and inadequate qualification by people with disability, by employers and by workers at labor offices is described.
