    Applications of GeoGebra for Calculation Figure Areas Bounded by Roses

  • Original language description

    In this paper, an application of unconventional method for calculations of areas of figures, especially roses, is presented. The contribution shows how to use the dynamic geometric software GeoGebra to solve dynamic problems. An alternative method for calculations of areas of figures can be applied, if theirs boundaries are the smooth (resp. piecewise smooth) closed curves described by suitable parametric equations.
