Original language description
This paper describes self-damage indication part application and testing. The aim of the paper is to describe development, design and testing of a carbon-glass-epoxy composite for automobile part. This modified composite material can provide a feedback about possible arising damages. Testing of the final designed automobile component by the universal loading machine equipped with special fixing parts were realised. The goal of the paper is recognition of possible application of self-damage indication material. Design, mechanical and indication material properties are described.
