Ten F1 generations and four F2 generations have been analyzed until now. The results of F1 generation show semi-dominant to dominant inheritance of detected resistance genes. The test of allelism in F2 generation confirmed one gene in the Mla locus in each of the mentioned resources. Chi-square tests of ratios in F2 generation show that the resistance of PI 391130 and PI466495 is controlled by one gene and the resistance of PI354949 and PI466297 by two genes of resistance to powdery mildew.

První kroky k vývoji DNA markerů pro detekci nových genů odolnosti ječmene k padlí travnímu
Czech description
Dosud bylo analyzováno 10 F1 generací a čtyři F2 generace. Výsledky svědčí o neúplně dominantní až dominantní dědičnosti genů odolnosti detekovatelných v F1 generaci. Test alelismu F2 generace potvrdil u každého z uvedených čtyř zdrojů odolnosti přítomnost alespoň jednoho genu v Mla lokusu. Vyhodnocení štěpných poměrů F2 generace dokládá, že odolnost PI 391130 a PI466495 je podmíněna jedním genem a odolnost PI354949 a PI466297 dvěma geny odolnosti k padlí travnímu.
