    Functional sample of next generation of pixelated detector for use in STEM mode of SEM and FIB/SEM systems enabling tuning of diffraction angles detected on detector. Detector is based on Timepix technology developed by Medipix collaboration, main sensor, chip & module specifications: - Sensitivity for energies > 5keV - Resolution 256x256 pixels - Pixel size 55umx55um. Readout electronics - Readout speed up to 1000fr/s Detector is planned to be placed on device enabling its retraction when detector is not in use.
