Increasing of usable properties of components surface and increasing of wear resistance. Optimization of deposition parameters for selected cermet material. Testing and evaluation of mechanical properties of final coating (adhesive-cohesive properties, abrasive wear resistance, microstructure, hardness, etc.). The application of thermal spraying on the spindles was developed as a substitution of the surface nitriding. New technology includes the development of technological parameters for surface preparation of the spindles before and during spraying, constructive design of the surfaces for spraying, development of the operating procedures, instructions and covering of surfaces of un-sprayed component parts.
