Inviscid compressible fluid flow around moving bodies

Result description

The paper deals with the numerical solution of the non-linear system of the Euler equations in the arbitrary Lagrangian - Eulerian (ALE) formulation which describes inviscid compressible fluid flow around the moving rigid body, whereas the structure movement is defined by a time - dependent function. The results of a gas flow around the vibrating airfoil NACA 0012 are presented and compared with other authors and experimental data.
