    The paper deals with the internal aerodynamics of rail-vehicles, in particular with numerical simulations of the airflow in the parts of the ventilation system of the metro car prototype. Simulations of airflow in variants of the vehicle's air duct, flow at the inlet and outlet of the ventilation unit and air-flow into the passenger compartment were performed using the ANSYS/Fluent computational system.
