Summary research on the 24MNm bogie frame in the both static and fatigue matters
Original language description
Static strength behavior of railway without wheelsets was studied under various combinations of loading forces, which were realized with the set of hydraulic actuators of the system Schenck. The acting stress was determined using resistance strain gauges. Fatigue behavior of places under investigations was estimated based on known welded joints forms. In the frame of the long - life dynamic testing the fatigue strength of the bogie was studied up to 10 mil. testing cycles. The program for bogie loading was projected and realized using the system Labtronic. The research report includes all measured and testing data and the results of performed investigations and research.
