    In this study, baghdadite was selected as the primary material for coating bio-implant surfaces to enhance their resistance to corrosion and wear. To optimize its performance, baghdadite was blended with CNT (carbon nanotube) and TiO2 powders in various weight ratios, aiming to improve the interfacial structure, microstructure, corrosion resistance, and wear properties of the coatings. Plasma spraying was employed as the deposition technique due to its widespread acceptance in biomedical coating applications. The main objective of this study is to explore the feasibility of depositing this composite powder by plasma spraying and to evaluate its microstructural, mechanical, corrosion, and tribological performance.
