Original language description
Steels operating in creep regime in power plant components may undergo during service a microstructural evolution that can affect their mechanical properties. The work deals with microstructural analysis of the creep-tested samples of the forged 10% Cr steel. Quantitative data of the dispersion and chmical analysis of the phases present and of the evolution of the dislocation structure have been measured. Microstructural features have been correlated with creep strength.
