This paper shows how to classify the medical ultrasound intracranial images by using PCA method. The main goal is a classification of ROI substantia nigra in midbrain. The classification of images is useful to detection Parkinson´s disease (PD). Work isbased on image processing and is realized with the help of artificial neural networks which has been simulated in NeuroSolutions 6 software environment. We have selected a PCA method for processing. This method is well applicable in NeuroSolutions
