    RNA interference (RNAi) is a cellular process for silencing gene expression. This process is driven by the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC). Here, we present a mathematical model that shows that RNA silencing of a single gene with positive feedback can produce bistability and oscillatory behaviour.
