Statistical deviations and characteristics of echogenicity level in substantia nigra due to different contrast of structures in B-images
Original language description
This paper is focused on detection of statistical deviations of different echogenicity level in ultrasound B-MODE images which are used in neurosonology. In this case we use B-images acquired from transcranial temporal bone window to detection of parkinsonism. We observe level of hyperechogenicity in substantia nigra structure which is the main marker in B-images to Morbus Parkinson detection. We examined of 100 patients with different level of parkinsonism from left and right temporal bone window and we observe changes of echogenicity level. So, some primarily echogenic structures have different echogenicity level from left/right temporal bone window for the same patient. We developed an application to evaluation of echogenicity level in B -images andwith this application we have found these differences which we must eliminate to objective diagnosis against false echogenicity level. We must to find some statistical descriptors which characterize these deviations and to avoid incorrec
