Information literacy, distant learning and learning supports by means of modern information technologies are the fields that are in the foreground of all educational institutions' interest. The paper attempts to summarize possibilities of on-line teaching automation linkage to comprehensive information systems in the conditions of particular educational institution. The paper analyses links between data LMS structures and school information systems. The interface implementation is designed linked with phases of integrated system implementation primarily from needs of teaching process management
