In this article, I gave a brief overview of basic definitions and theorems used in the fair division literature for the next research in the field of fair division of one divisible heterogeneous object between more players - the cake division problem. Idescribed the model of a fair division, preference relations of players and introduced functions describing preferences of players.

Hlavním cílem článku bylo přehledně shrnout základní definice a věty z teorie míry potřebné pro další zkoumání problému dělení jednoho dělitelného nehomogenního objektu mezi více hráčů. V textu je vysvětlený matematický model spravedlivého rozdělování, jsou zavedeny preferenční relace hráčů a zavedené funkce popisující preference hráčů.
