Original language description
In this paper, inconsistency of pair-wise comparison matrix with fuzzy elements is investigated. Inconsistency is based on the distance of the matrix to a special matrix measured by a particular metric. New inconsistency index of reciprocal matrix with fuzzy elements is introduced and newly designed method of logarithmic least squares for eliciting associated weights is applied. Some basic properties of the index are derived, simple illustrating examples and results of numerical simulation for comparingthe new index with Saaty´s consistency ratio are supplied.
