This chapter deals with knowledge structure of e-commerce systems. E-commerce systems became a standard interface between sellers (or suppliers) and customers. The optimal and most exact way how to obtain and find optimal solution of e-commerce system and its process structure is modeling and simulation. It's common knowledge that Decision Support Systems (DSS) used in this chapter are a specific class of computerized information system that supports business and organizational decision-making activities. A properly designed DSS is an interactive software-based system intended to help decision makers compile useful information from raw data, documents, personal knowledge, and/or business models to identify and solve problems and make decisions. The main objective of the chapter is a sample implementation of an intelligent DSS to support management and decision-making in e-commerce.
