This work is based on the doctoral thesis on the effects of logistics infrastructure in the Karviná region, in the region of Moravia and Silesia. The aim was to determine whether and how to use business intelligence in the analysis of transport infrastructure and its significance in the analysis. Principles of work can be summarized as follows. Logistics infrastructure is part of the logistics systems. Logistical systems can be described in the analysis with structural analysis as a set of elements andrelationships, and we can mutually transform logistics processes at various levels through network graphs (ie graphs infrastructure). Based on the analysis of logistic processes can be described processes at various levels using logistical infrastructuresuch as distribution processes, systems, purchasing management, distribution management, etc. as a set of objects involved in these processes and linkages between them.
