Original language description
This paper promotes the establishment of the rules for the construction of a fuzzy set of quality indicators for use in the decision-making process of Lean Company. Its aim is to provide an example of specific fuzzy economic indicators of the quality ofthe company's management through the definition and establishment of the general rules applicable to the use of this fuzzy set which will be accomplished with the simplest possible processing whilst meeting the necessary conditions associated with it. The decision-making is based on the use of a fuzzy controller, and fuzzy sets are included in the base rules and data resources.
