Changes bring not only uncertainty and risks but also opportunities for growth. Building a learning organization is ameans for achieving business development. The purpose of the paper is to find the answers to the questions which skills develop innovative environment in organization, which competencies could be used in a metrics of knowledge network and what leads to innovation effect.
