Original language description
For efficient fuctioning of companies it is also important to use financial means in such way that they are available in sufficient amount and in time and, that they do not burden financial management of companies with unnecessary costs. In economic theories it may be spoken of capital structure management as just financing of investments from long-term finance sources may have a significant effect on subsequent efficiency of projects. The aim of the paper is to find out how return on equity is affectedby the structure of finance sources and by the development of an economic cycle. We will also focus on differences in structure of finance sources for various levels of efficiency. From the view of methodology, the following methods of statistic analysis were used: indicators of debt/equity ratio, return on equity and gross domestic product.
