The aim of the essay is to examine the training programmes of constructive habits in the professional career of OPF SU Karvina students as the employment active policy at the labour market. In the situation that the organizations decrease during the economic recession the numbers of workers, it means that the management of a professional career is a significant area for employees. A slender organization offer less possibilities for advancement and have limited resources for the development of employees.The planning of a career has therefore transferred towards an individually motivated approach. In the preface is explained to students the meaning of the training programmes for shaping constructive habits in professional career. The second chapter deals with the methodology of case study and clarifies career coaching as professional competence of students to create training programmes.
