Original language description
The article deals with the issue of public procurement in the Czech Republic in context with the implementation of the directives of the European Union to the legal order of the Czech Republic, developing of the public procurement for the last ten years,when the Czech Republic is a member state of the European Union. In the Czech Republic the issue of public procurement is regulated by Act No. 137/2006 Coll., On Public Contracts, as amended, in the EU there are many directives regarding in the issue ofpublic procurement. The aim of this article is to explore public procurement legislation in the Czech Republic and the changes, which this area has passed in context of accession of the Czech Republic in the EU.
