The aim of this paper is to show the importance of soft skills needed for employee that work in tourism and hospitality management. Author used secondary sources and general-theoretical scientific methods analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. Thetourism and hospitality management is made up of the many and varied businesses catering to visitors including for example: hotels, restaurants; pubs, bars and night-clubs; contract food service providers; membership clubs; events; travel services etc.Human resource management in the service sector has a crucial strategic and irreplaceable role.
