This paper specifically aims on theoretical description of the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration that is emerging and concentrating in evolutionary way in a specific area and is characterized by particular (economical) sectoral focus. These sectoralindustrial agglomerations carry significant positive network externalities that improve economic level, live conditions and social situations. Network sectoral externalities are one of the core factors why are selected firms and other private and publicinstitutions working in particular economic branch (sector) concentrating in unique narrow areas. Information and communication technology economy sector is considered in general level, on the other hand, as a highly potential for contemporary and future development for each economy significant positive impact on labor productivity and economic growth.
