Regional disparities are common term of last time, which is solved in the regional economy. Regional differences are examined at different levels of regions. View on the regional disparities varies. The main contribution of this paper is a new perspective on regional disparities and determination of the new definitions. Then there is analyze of the regional disparity economic sphere through selected two indicators - it is the export performance and the unemployment rate. Aim of this paper is to use the new definition of regional disparities in the analysis and determine the positive or negative disparity in the regions of the Czech-Polish border.
