The author of the article wants to focus on the problems of abandoned buildings and areas in these regions and to find out the differences between these regions within the given area. The article is divided into the theoretical part, where the author refers to the scientific experts who deal with brownfield issues. Other parts are methods and data, where a brownfield database was created in the South-Moravian and Pardubice Region.
