According to standard laboratory method for assessment single fatty acid composition (GC - gas chromatography) was developed callibration equation for NIRS technique of these faty acids in rapeseed. Final correlations of NIRS with reference method GC washigh: 0,86*** for oleic acid, 0,82*** for linoleic acid and 0,85*** for linolenic acid.
