The article summarises quantifying data on organized crime in the Czech Republic during 1993-2005. Concretelly there are numbers of arrested, accused and convicted persons according to § 163 a) of the Criminal Code on criminal alliance, level of development, groups, extremist?s share, female share, share of international and domestic element in groups, the share of offenders in organized crime structures in the territory of the Czech Republic according to individual foreign nationalities, the most frequent activities of foreign groups, estimation of the most spread forms of organized crime activities in the territory of the Czech Republic.
