Organized and Economic Crime: A Common Problem.
Original language description
The chapter is based on long-term research, that deals with the phenomenon of organised crime that has emerged as an urgent and serious problem in all transition countries. Authors analyse the influence of profound political and economic changes on the development of serious economic and financial crime as well as on the organised crime including characteristics, forms and features of organized and economic crime among the states in question. Nevertheless authors document the differences between both ofthese categories.
