Soil structure in relation to different straw management
Original language description
The structural condition of soil was assessed by the soil structure coefficient (QS), which expresses the relationship between agronomically relevant and less relevant soil separates (the higher the proportion of agronomically more favourable aggregates, the higher the soil structure coefficient). A positive effect on soil structure was observed with lower intensity of soil tillage and simultaneous incorporation of straw or with treatments consisting of lower intensity of tillage and straw harvest or straw burning.
Czech name
Vliv hospodaření se slámou na půdní strukturu
Czech description
Byly studovány hodnoty koeficientu strukturnosti půdy v šesti osevních postupech s různými způsoby hospodaření se slámou a zpracováním půdy. Hodnota koeficientu byla pozitivně ovlivněna nižší intenzitou zpracování půdy a současně zapracované slámy, jejísklizně nebo pálení.
