The fourth year of symposium hold the title "On the threshold of the third decade of the independent Czech foreign policy" determing the majority part of its focus. Keynote speech at the beginning of the first day was delivered by Jiří Schneider, first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and the programme was followed by panels The recent development in Middle East and Czech foreign policy or Multilateral dimension of Czech foreign policy. There was also a Round table Optimalisation and following development of diplomatic missions network in the Czech Republic and abroad, following private meetings of representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and IIR with representatives of political parties. Presentation was followed by discussion Two Decades of Czech Foreign Policy: An Intellectual Reflection that was attended by Václav Bělohorsky or Roman Joch.
