The fourth annual ?Prague Agenda? international conference. The ?Prague Agenda? conferences are organised in connection with two Prague events from 2009 and 2010: the speech of the U. S. president Barack Obama about his vision of a world without nuclearweapons (April 2009) and the signature of the new agreement between the USA and Russia concerning decreasing the number of strategic nuclear weapons (April 2010). The main current event in the domain of disarmament and non-proliferation is the NPT ReviewConference, which is to be held in late April and early May 2015, and thus, this part of the conference dealt mainly with issues related to it. The conference hosted several important guests from governmental and nongovernmental sections: the UN?s HighRepresentative for Disarmament Affairs Angela Kane, the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the CTBTO Lassina Zerbo, and the Main Counsellor and Special Emissary of the European External Action Service for Non-Proliferat
