The Centre for International Law of the Institute of International Relations Prague organised a public discussion on the “Russian Approaches on International Law” and the monograph of the same name, written by Lauri Mälksoo, Professor of International Law at the University of Tartu, and published by Oxford University Press in 2015. After the talk by Professor Mälksoo, Maria Issaeva, an international law expert from Moscow, acted as a discussant and presented her own understanding of Russian approaches to international law.
