ALPHA PLASTER PRODUCED BY THE PRESSURELESS METHOD OF DEHYDRATION IN SALT SOLUTION
Original language description
The present work deals with the current stage of long-term research in the development of the production of alpha plaster by the method of dehydration in salt solution, which is now focused on the use of chloride dusts as a potential ingredient for the preparation of dehydration solution. Mixed solutions for the dehydration of gypsum, based on NaCl and KCl, are tested. Potassium chloride is a component which can be extractable from chloride dusts. Both mixing ratio and the further concentration of the dehydrating solution on that basis are monitored.
