The aim of this study was to determine the recovery and the total mean retention time of nylon capsules and Cr in digestive tract of cows. The recovery of nylon capsules and Cr during 120 hours was 94.7 and 91.6 %, respectively. The total mean retentiontime (TMRT) of nylon capsules and Cr was 36.2 and 44.8 h, respectively.
