Original language description
Bacillus strains of two species isolated from raw milk and yoghurt samples were classified by ARDRA analysis. Patterns acquired from two restriction enzymes TaqI and AluI developed a reliable UPGMA dendrogram that differentiate the species accurately.

Czech description
Kmeny obou druhů rodu Bacillus byly izolovány ze syrového mléka a jogurtu a byly setříděné analýzou ARDRA. Získaný profil po štípání restrikčními enzymy TaqI a AluI umožnil sestrojit hodnověrný UPGMA dendrogram, pomocí kterého se jednotlivé druhy přesněrozlišovaly.
