    In this study, nutritive values of rapeseed (R), rapeseed meal-expeller A (RM-A), rapeseed meal-expeller B (RM-B) and extracted rapeseed meal (ERM) were compared. The trials were performed using the in sacco method with three steers fitted with a permanent ruminal cannula. The ED values significantly differed between feeds (P < 0.05). The concentrations of AA in the feeds determined after incubation in rumen were lower than in the original feeds. The intestinal digestibilities of rumen undegraded CP (DSI) were estimated 30.0% in R, 15.4% in RM-A, 27.6% in RM-B and 65.3% in ERM.

    Cílem studie bylo porovnat nutriční hodnotu řepkového semene (R), řepkových výlisků A (RM-A), řepkových výlisků B (RM-B) a extrahovaného řepkového šrotu (ERM). Pokus probíhal pomocí metody in sacco na třech volech s permanentní ruminální kanylou. HodnotyED se mezi jednotlivými krmivy průkazně lišily (P < 0.05). Koncentrace aminokyselin v krmivech stanovená po inkubaci v bachoru byla nižší než v původních krmivech. Intestinální stravitelnosti proteinu nedegradovaného v bachoru (DSI) byly 30% u R, 15,4%u RM-A, 27,6% u RM-B a 65,3% u ERM.
