In the experiment, we found following average amounts of daidzein and genistein in the extruded soya used for feeding of lactating dairy cows: daidzein ? 158.80 mg/kg and genistein ? 241.70 mg/kg. The concentrations of phytoestrogens, daidzen and genistein, and active metabolite of daidzein, equol, were determined in the blood plasma of cows; the concentrations of p-ethyl-phenol was not detected. Average concentrations of daidzein, genistein and equol in the S (soya) group were significantly higher (P=0.01) than that of the R (reference) group.

Vliv fytoestrogenů sóji na obsah jejich metabolitů v krevní plazmě krav.

V pokuse jsme nalezli následující průměrná množství daidzeinu a genisteinu v extrudované soji použité ke krmení laktujících krav: daidzein ? 158.80 mg/kg a genistein ? 241.70 mg/kg. V krevní plazmě krav byly určeny koncentrace fytoestrogenů, daidzenu a genisteinu, a aktivní metabolit daidzeinu, equol; koncentrace p-ethyl-phenol nebyla detekována. Průměrné koncentrace daidzeinu, genisteinu a equolu ve skupině S (soja) byly významně vyšší (P=0.01), než ve skupině R (reference).
