Proposal for a modulus fol multi-axis grinding of sculptured surfaces
Original language description
Introduction into problems: NC technology use, first of all in milling, turning and drilling operations, is widely dispersed in the present time. Development of these technologies is the subject by cutting tools which are to be produced and sharpened ina high quality. Usable properties of the cutting tool, e.g. the shape accuracy, the quality of function surfaces, a.s.o, are inspired by used production technology. This technology plays a main role by production and sharpening of the powerful and the complex shaped cutting tools. The solving of this task demands, among other things, use of stable and powerful grinding machines with CNC control, which enable both executing complex production of new cutting tools and regrinding dulled cutting tools. Described solution is a part of the project supported by the Czech Grant Foundation GAČR under number 101-07-751.
