The first part of this particle deals with the mathematical model of heat exchanges tubes. Attention is mainly concentrated on nonlinear vibration model. Dynamic behaviour of tube bundle, observed at experimental research, is described and a local stability theory is mentioned. There is exists the danger, that amplitudes of vibration of some tube can cross the certain limit. The own goal of the article is determination of probability of amplitude level up-crossing.
