Original language description
The article deals with the relationship between tool wear and cutting forces at hard HSC milling. Attention is also given to the comparison of the three sorts (grades) of the cutting ceramics. The cutting ceramics are tested at various cutting speeds andtypes of milling. The cutting conditions were chosen 5 - 10 times higher the conventional cutting conditions. The article brings a new view on the behaviour of cutting ceramics under extreme conditions.
